My name is Roseann Price. I am a wife of 27 years and mother of three children. l have lived in Texas Gulf Coast area in Galveston County, Brazoria County and Harris County for over 40 years. Love for real estate seems to have always been a part of who I am. It may have started with my grandmother who owned and leased several homes throughout Galveston. Prior to having children, I worked as an administrative assistant for an established commercial real estate office, in mortgage loan servicing and for a real estate school. I purchased my first 2 homes before the age of 25, bought a HUD home, purchased numerous pieces of land to eventually build our dream home. From leasing, purchasing, selling or currently developing raw land for a commercial business with my husband, life has come full circle to getting my real estate license.
